This is just a bit of a rant! We changed phone services yesterday. The technician on call was great. Everything got changed over and tested. All working great, then two hours later the phones stopped working altogether. After an hour of calling it seems a technician in an AT&T office decided that our ticket was not going to be completed that day and unplugged us. No phones for two hours until a tech on the East coast reprogrammed the phones. so Kudos to the two that worked with us anyway. It was awful knowing that the calls coming in were getting the this line has been disconnected message. Well we are back up and working and this is off my chest. I need to get an insurance policy for failure to communicate.
